The hall provide events that are mostly open to the public. The Community Hall doesn’t require a membership fee to attend these activities. The discounted fees charged for these activities offset the cost of operating the Hall. The activity fee that is charged at these events help to offset the cost of the activity.

The Hall also opens its doors to help organizations like the 4-H groups, in the past few months the leader for the El Dorado County 4-H Rocketry Evan Shipman has used the hall free of charge for their meeting on November 11^th and December 9^th. We are also providing the non profit group NCMA (Northern California Mineralogical Association (Teresa Kokinos) a three day rental of the Hall from May 31, 2019 to June 2, 2019 at a cost of $400. This is more than 50% off the fees.
